Chocolate Chip Cookies





Chocolatey. Crunchy.



Kuih raya yang pertama :D


Recipe taken from kak Hanieliza's FP


Bahan A
250 g butter
160 g gula halus
1 biji kuning telur
1 s/k esen vanilla

Bahan B [gaul rata]
230 g tepung gandum]
20 g serbuk koko ] ayakkan
100 g coklat cips
50 g white coklat cips [boleh gantikan dgn coklat rice]
50 g badam cincang [roasted]
50 g nestum

Cara
1. Gaulkan butter dan gula sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanila. Kacau rata.
3. Masukkan bahan B perlahan dan kacaukan dengan senduk kayu.
4. Sudukan adunan kecil2 [besar guli] dalam loyang.
5. Bakar dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan suhu 180'C selama 25 minit atau sehingga masak.
6. Sejukkan dan simpan dalam balang kedap udara.

Hershey's Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Made this last Thursday. Tapi ada sedikit tak betul sebab aku tak guna choc chip Hershey.


Asalnya aku terkinja tengok @nurazreena buat. Dia kata resipi ada kat bungkusan choc chip hershey itself. Aku takde la beli, maka aku google. Kuar la benda kat bawah ni.

Bahan-bahannya adalah.....

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 (12 ounce) package hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips - aku tak guna pon. aku bantai je mana yang ada kat Hero Supermarket tu.
1 cup chopped nuts (optional) - ni aku letak almond yang dah dicincang 18 :P

Directions:

1 Preheat oven to 375°F. - maknanya 190C ya. Tapi oven aku, aku letak 175.
2 Stir together; flour, baking soda and salt,.
3 Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer until creamy; add eggs, beat well, gradually add flour mixture, mixing well.
4 Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if desired, drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
5 Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned, cool slightly; remove from sheet, to wire rack, cool completely.
6 PAN RECIPE: spread batter in greased 15 x 10 jelly-roll pan, bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned, cool completely; cut into bars.


Memula aku ingatkan outcomenya sama macam ni (kecuali warna cekelat tu).. sekali masa tengah bakar, meleper, meleper.. kahkahkah. abis melekat-lekat yang 1st tray tu. Takde gambar. Tapi, percayalah. Sudahnya memang jarak sekaki (ok, ini exaggerate semata) satu.


Verdict? A little too sweet for my liking. Dia pun suka hat yang dulu. Makanya, takat ni je la eksperimen aku.

Chocolate Cheese Cupcake

Dah macam blog masak2 plak blog ni. tapi, empunya tuan tanah bukanlah seorang professional baker ye. masih try & error di sana sini. and most of the time adalah penurut resipi tegar. belum pandai nak alter sana sini :P


anyway, ni hasil kegilaan yang terbaru. favorite dolu2. sejak tuan yang menjual dah tak menjual, dok la cari resipi. baru terjumpa, dan baaaru jugak mencuba. walaupun ropanya tak seperti dalam gambar (resipi asal), tapi rasanya, ada. heee..


Cukup lah membebel.

Black Bottom Cupcakes Recipe


Cream Cheese Filling:

8 ounces (227 grams) full fat cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated white sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Chocolate Cupcakes:

1 1/2 cups (195 grams) all purpose flour
1 cup (200 grams) granulated white sugar
1/3 cup (30 grams) natural unsweetened cocoa powder (not Dutch processed)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup (240 ml) water
1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable, corn, or canola oil (or other flavorless oil)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) and line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

Cream Cheese Filling: In your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract and beat until creamy and smooth. Set aside while you make the Chocolate Cupcake batter.

Chocolate Cupcakes: First, in a large bowl sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl mix the water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and stir in the wet ingredients until nice and smooth. Evenly divide the batter among the 12 muffin cups. Then spoon a few tablespoons of the cream cheese filling into the center of each cupcake.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the cream cheese filling is a little brown and the cupcakes feel springy to the touch (a toothpick inserted into the chocolate part of the cupcake will come out clean). Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.

The cupcakes can be stored in the refrigerator for about 3 - 4 days.

Makes 12 large cupcakes

Resipi Carrot Cake dan Cream Cheese Frosting

Ok, lanjutan dari carrot cake tempoh hari, untuk makluman, nannoor bagi aku link Cat Can Cook. then cari je resipi kat situ. anyway, untuk memudahkan cara, here it goes.

Carrot Cake

4 Eggs
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
3 Cups Grated Raw Carrots
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Nuts (optional – and omit if serving to small kids)

Beat eggs well in a large bowl, and add sugars in gradually, beating
until light. Beat in oil. In a seperate bowl, mix flour, baking
powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir into egg
mixture. Stir in carrots, raisins and nuts(if using). Pour into a
greased and floured 13X9 pan, and bake in a 350 degrees (180 celcius) oven for 35-40 minutes.


FYI, aku bakar @ 35 mins. tapi keknya tak masak. so aku tambah another 10 mins. apapun, oven memasing lain2. so, all the best :)


untuk frosting, aku amik kat allrecipe. cc frosting II ke apa namanya. by janni. tp aku amik suggestion org yg komen sebab tak banyak mana pun keknya.


8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla.


It covered a 9 x 13 carrot cake perfectly.

pastu KS dgn ms nong ada cakap tambah lemon / lime juice.

btw, lime tu aku try letak sket2. sudahnya dlm 1tsp jugak. ikut tekak la. haha.
