Resipi Carrot Cake dan Cream Cheese Frosting

Ok, lanjutan dari carrot cake tempoh hari, untuk makluman, nannoor bagi aku link Cat Can Cook. then cari je resipi kat situ. anyway, untuk memudahkan cara, here it goes.

Carrot Cake

4 Eggs
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
3 Cups Grated Raw Carrots
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Nuts (optional – and omit if serving to small kids)

Beat eggs well in a large bowl, and add sugars in gradually, beating
until light. Beat in oil. In a seperate bowl, mix flour, baking
powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir into egg
mixture. Stir in carrots, raisins and nuts(if using). Pour into a
greased and floured 13X9 pan, and bake in a 350 degrees (180 celcius) oven for 35-40 minutes.


FYI, aku bakar @ 35 mins. tapi keknya tak masak. so aku tambah another 10 mins. apapun, oven memasing lain2. so, all the best :)


untuk frosting, aku amik kat allrecipe. cc frosting II ke apa namanya. by janni. tp aku amik suggestion org yg komen sebab tak banyak mana pun keknya.


8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla.


It covered a 9 x 13 carrot cake perfectly.

pastu KS dgn ms nong ada cakap tambah lemon / lime juice.

btw, lime tu aku try letak sket2. sudahnya dlm 1tsp jugak. ikut tekak la. haha.
